StarEngine 1.1.0-pre.2（2026-10-23 重建 / rebuilt）

Source code is now licensed under GPL-3.0-only (full text in LICENSE, plus the license metadata field of each platform). Releases up to 1.0.12 and earlier builds remain MIT and that grant cannot be withdrawn. Same version across all four platforms; the only change versus the previous 1.1.0-pre.2 builds is the license/metadata, no functional changes.
