[Button]=assigned controls button

Added:

The Hand - [button]=teleport all mobs in a range of 10 blocks to you and throw them in the air/crouch+[button] teleport 3 blocks in the direction you are looking at (currently creative only)

Crazy Diamond - [button] gives you an item(that can only be used by Crazy Diamond owners) that can heal somebody with rightclick / [button]+crouch removes the item

The World/Sound Survival edition - [button] stops time for 11 secs and then cools down for 6 secs same for sound version

New Knife texture - knife is still not available in survival

two ability buttons - now there is only one button that activates every ability (you can only use one ability at the same time and the world will always have first priority)
