Stand Arrow Overhaul (JCraft Addon)

First public release.

• Stand Arrow: hold right-click to pierce yourself. Let go within 1.25 seconds to cancel without spending the Arrow. You kneel, and your Stand awakens with floating ゴゴゴ letters. Your Stand won't block while you hold an Arrow.
• Stand Fever: 10 minutes in three stages, like Holly's illness (hidden symptoms, then sweat and coughing, then the vine on your back, a Stand that fails you and fainting). Dying cures it, milk doesn't, sleeping halves it.
• Requiem Fever (with Silver Chariot Requiem installed): Requiem comes out on its own and attacks every 60 seconds, and your screen goes black for a second.
• Gold Experience Requiem: using the Requiem Arrow on Gold Experience plays the anime scene. Gold Experience cracks and bursts out of its shell, and you're invincible until Requiem comes out.
