• regeneration delay after using stamina
• stamina regeneration attribute
• Vigor enchantment for chestplates which increases max stamina
• Potion of Fatigue which lowers max stamina
• stamina costs for shield blocking, climbing and elytra boosts
• api with stamina cost and regeneration events

Fixed:

• Combat Roll compat not working
• client stamina desync after damage, dimension change and respawn
• console printing
