Update-1.4.5

New gameplay details and atmospheric touches have been added. Bugs and unstable locations have been fixed; stalker behavior and the overall pacing of fear have become more consistent. Menus and inventory management have been brought into line with the mod's unified horror style—fewer "vanilla" bright screens amidst tense playthroughs. Specific improvements and compatibility have been made to the flat world to ensure special effects and world checks behave correctly.

World and Tension

The world can gradually become "sick" with prolonged play: over time, strange block replacements, fading lights, eerie inscriptions, false figures, and other signs that your save is gradually breaking are possible. A new rare threat may appear in the overworld: at low sanity, brief vision glitches and rare violent surprises are possible afterward; villagers may exhibit anxious behavior at very low stability.

Stalker and Sensations

The stalker's behavior in various situations has been refined to make pursuits more realistic and less disruptive to the gameplay experience. At close range (in suitable modes), pressure through the camera and view is more noticeable; some visual effects can be disabled or toned down in the client settings. Fog and other sanity effects now flow more smoothly.

Interface

The menu, pause button, network, inventory, chests, workbench, and furnace (including the recipe book) have been updated and harmonized in the spirit of the mod's interface, ensuring that every pause in the game remains part of a single visual narrative.
