• Sanity system with HUD and fog
• Stalker entity (watcher, chaser, glitch, mirage, sprint, fake)
• Horror events: EAS broadcasts, jumpscares, night knocks, phantom torches, world sounds, distant steps
• Stalker warning: full-screen image + sound, chaser spawns after delay; despawns if it can't catch the player
• Siren event: instant night, siren sound, Schizophrenia mob (trail blocks), animals follow player
• Glitch attack: Stalker dash → "Not responding" screen → CRITICAL_ERROR → teleport to void dimension → return after 2–3 min
• Void dimension: flat world, red creepy self-chat messages, no mobs
• Labyrinth dimension: stone maze, Steves, gate block to enter, exit block to leave
• Items: Sedative X, Amneziol, Medical Book; starting kit for new players
