Stack Fix

Makes items that stack to 16 (enderpearls, etc) stack to 64

This mod prevents inventory clogging by making items that stack to 16 stack to 64 instead. These include:

- Signs
- Ender Pearls
- Eye of Ender
- Snowballs
- Eggs
- Armor Stands
- Written Book
- Buckets
- Banners
