💣 Minesweeper Duel (SCG4 Recreation)

Minesweeper Duel is a competitive PvP minigame mod for Fabric 1.20.4 and 1.20.1, faithfully recreating the intense Minesweeper challenge seen in Squid Craft Games 4.

Designed with usability in mind, this mod allows server owners and friends to easily set up, customize, and play high-stakes duels without complex configurations.

  • Obstacles: Randomly generated stone obstacles block specific spots, forcing you to adapt your strategy.

• ❤️ Life System: Players start with 3 lives. One mistake means one life lost and a fresh round begins.

• 🏳️ Surrender Option: Realize you're trapped? Use the /mines leave command to resign gracefully.

🕹️ How to Play

1. Phase 1 - Planting: You have limited time to hide your TNT mines. Remember where you placed them—and watch where your opponent places theirs!

2. Phase 2 - Digging: Use your shovel to dig up safe blocks.

   • Safe: The block disappears.

   • Mine: BOOM! You lose a life.

3. Victory: The last player standing wins.

🛠️ Commands

• /mines create <arena_name>

  • Creates a new arena at your location. You can customize the floor and border materials during creation to give it a unique style.

• /mines join <arena_name>

  • Joins the lobby for a specific arena. The game starts automatically when two players join.

• /mines leave

  • Allows a player to surrender and leave the match in progress.

  • /mines linkbutton

    • • Allows a player to link the physical button to the arena.

📦 Installation

• Requires Minecraft 1.20.4 or Minecraft 1.20.1

• Requires Fabric Loader & Fabric API or Forge 47+ for 1.20.1 version

• Note: This mod is server-side, but it is recommended for clients to install it as well to see the custom block models and animations correctly.
