What's new

Squad join policy: squads can now be switched between free-join (auto-admit) and invite-only (leader **approval required) via /squad setjoin open|invite or the GUI Settings tab. New squads default to free-join (squadOpenJoinDefault config, default true). Existing squads default to invite-only until the leader switches them.

GUI: merged the Locations tab into the Squad tab, so rally point / beacon controls and member teleport live together (4 tabs → 3).
