Adds 3 shaplessly craftable splash potions that clear spore: mycelium block, crusted bile, frozen reamains and minecraft snow in 9x9 area downwards to void, Milk-like splash potions and other Qol.

- Endermilk Mark I, Mark II, and Mark III splash potions.
- Endermilk cleansing fields clear milk-curable effects in a 9x9x2 area for 10, 20, or 30 seconds.
- Endermilk status effect icon and timer in the inventory/HUD.
- Lingering milk-curable potion clouds are suppressed inside active Endermilk fields.
- Real `spore_cleanup_crew:snow_bucket` item with custom texture and creative tab entry.

- Endermilk Mark I: 1 ender pearl, redstone, milk bucket, glass bottle.
- Endermilk Mark II: 2 ender pearls, redstone, milk bucket, glass bottle.
- Endermilk Mark III: 3 ender pearls, redstone, milk bucket, glass bottle.
