Add support for item count and NBT tags for item drops.

 

Each item field in the drops list is now in the format of "<optional-item-count> <item-identifier> <optional-NBT-data>".
For example, it could be "2 minecraft:enchanted_book{StoredEnchantments:[{id:\"minecraft:blast_protection\",lvl:2s}]}"
