New features:
- Leaving a Wet Sponge out in the sun will cause them to dry out after a few minutes. Inversely, leaving a dry Sponge out in the rain will cause it to become wet after a few minutes.
- Sponges can now be found in loot chests in ship wrecks and underwater ruins at a low rate. This allows them to be obtained outside of Ocean Monuments.
