Small addition to this:

In the seperate download a addon for SpmodAPI which is also a ic2 addon

which is called Modular windmills. It adds tiered windmills which allow you to produce more power of wind.

Its not 100% free energy. Each tier adds more drag to a speed while stronger wind will add force.

MathRule: Force / weight > drag.

If the windspeed is lower then the speed the turbine will slowdown. Same goes as when the windmill is full of power.

And speedup is also not instant. Its a realistic way of a turbine.

This mod works with IC2Classic and IC2Exp.
