1. Blacklists and whitelists now accept item tags (#1)

• blacklist, whitelist and tooltipBlacklist entries prefixed with # match item tags, e.g. #forge:crops. Registry names and * wildcards work
• Items tagged #solpotpie:disabled by any datapack are always excluded, no config needed, even when a whitelist is set.
• changes apply on /reload.

1. Tooltip compat with other food mods (#2)

• Food tooltip lines from Diet, Farmer's Delight, Legendary Survival Overhaul, Food Effect Tooltips and Hunger Overhauled all now: hidden until the food is first eaten (with hideValuesUntilEaten), then only shown while holding shift.
• new config modTooltipSupport (default true) turns it off if they conflict with other mods
