changelog: added config files with options;
- Disable mod
- Disable circle rendering in function of the spell school. Only one circle texture will be used.
- Disable rendering when player has invisibility effect (both ISS and vanilla ones)
- circles max/min size
Server owners should be able to impose the mod's configuration to players, without making it required on client-side!
