Spellpower Unbreakables Fix

Small mod fixing Spell power not going on unbreakable items

 

This mod allows Spell Power enchants to be applied to unbreakable items. Without it, Spell Power's enchantments (the spell-amplifying ones) are rejected on items that can't take damage, such as unbreakable staffs or gear.
