Spellblades now ramp up their warding buff as you attack, and doubly so if you cast.
Blade Flurry damage halved, but hit rate doubled.
Ward Tempered now only gives warding buffs if the item also has Spell Proxy on it.
Reverberating Ray mana cost fixed.
