Added the Batttlemage's Claymore, Mace, and Rune Dagger, variants to the spellblade.
Added Celebration, a new spell that launches a bunch of fireworks at the targeted area. Has a lot more horizontal range than vertical range.
Added Jester's Blink, a non-triggerable spell that blinks you to a location, leaving behind fireworks and hitting the nearest enemy with your main hand weapon upon arrival.
Blade Flurry can now be targeted, in its targeted mode a sphere of blades surrounds the target. After a short duration the blades fire towards the target one by one.
Balance pass on most spells so that they scale with the damage of the weapon that they were cast from.
Added sounds to several spells that had no sounds.
Fixed several bugs related to sending particle packets to the server.
