Added a new type of guard for Minecolonies: Magician

this mod added a new type of guard for Minecolonies: Magician.

They can use the spell scrolls in their backpacks, not consume.

They will maintain a certain safe distance from the target.

This mod also fixes the issue where citizens do not support rendering geo armor models.
