Initial release for Minecraft 1.20.1 Forge, with the same features as the 1.21.1 NeoForge version.

• Seven spears (wooden, stone, copper, iron, golden, diamond, netherite) backported from Minecraft 1.21.11 / 26.1, with stab and charge attacks and their animations.
• Lunge enchantment, the "Mob Kabob" advancement, spear-wielding zombies, zombified piglins and piglins, and spears in vanilla loot chests.
• Fixes for known spear bugs (MC-310858, MC-302732, damage/knockback mismatch, losing sprint after a charge hit), each can be turned off in the config.
• Startup, common and client configs, editable in game.
• Spears deflect fireballs (Minecraft 1.20.1 has no wind charges).
