What's new

v1.1 Balance changes.

Necklace changes:
- Spawner Necklace: range 16 -> 12
- Gold: range 16 -> 14
- Diamond: range 24 -> 16, speed 5x -> 3x
- Netherite: range 32 -> 18, speed 10x -> 5x

ADDED:

- Added the stack_necklaces config option, off by default. Necklaces from different players will not stack on the same spawner. The fastest one in a radius takes priority.
