- Fixed spawner-catalyst not dropping itself when mined
- Fixed mining speed SUPER-SLOW on catalyst and active-spawner
- Added server-side option to enable/disable spawner mined with silk-touch dropping themselfs
-- With this option enabled, spawner will no longer drop xp when mined to prevent xp-exploits
Silk-Touch mineable spawner are enabled by default.
