SpawnCommands / Spawn Commands Teleport

New commands: /ti /ok /up /dn /top /away
/it is Teleport Invite or "come see what I did!" the other player should try /ta to go there.
/ok is a shortcut for /ta ok
/up and /dn are up and down
/top well if you cant figure that one out lol
/away sends you a far away from where you are and can use a distance paramater in number of blocks.

Better coding internally.

2 known Issues still but they are both seem to be Minecraft core code problems:

Issue1: When teleporting to the Nether for the 1st time since starting the game and you have not used the regular portal to the nether yet it crashes the client side. Partial solution: Use a nether portal once before teleporting in or out of the Nether.

Issue2: Under unknown circumstances when teleporting to or from the Nether it will create extra portals in odd places. No solution known yet.
