New worlds start in a little round stone gazebo: pillars of the local wood, a green copper dome, lanterns, benches and a starter chest. It can't be broken outside creative unless you say so.

What's new
- Nobody gets built into the plinth. When an operator builds a gazebo with
/spawngazebo build confirm, anyone standing where it goes, usually the operator, is now moved up onto its floor at the new spawn, facing out of the entrance. Before, they were left inside the stone and could suffocate in survival. Players elsewhere stay where they are.
