Spawn Balance Utility

Allow you to control spawn weights and group size of mobs by Biome and Structure. This controls the mixture of mobs that spawn, it does not modify the Spawn Cap like our other mod, "Spawncap Control Utility".

Minor changes to the example/stub massadditionsreport.txt file.

* in position one is also treated as a comment in that file now.

You still need to rename it to "massadditionsreport.csv".

 

SBU reads the CSV files as input.  And outputs the TXT files.
