What's new

Fix crash from accessing private methods in Java 16 in the 1.17.1 Forge Version. Also fix the loot harvester using the ore harvester tile entity, among other smaller fixes. Finally, switch the 1.17.1 Forge version to use mixins (part of the first fix).
