Spartan Weaponry (Unofficial Port)

Spartan Weaponry 3.2.1.2 for NeoForge & Fabric 1.21.11

Unofficial port of Spartan Weaponry 3.2.1 by ObliviousSpartan to Minecraft 1.21.11. Java 21, client and server. The same weapons and gameplay as 3.2.1.2 for 1.21.1.

Install

• NeoForge 21.11.48+: put spartanweaponry-neoforge-3.2.1.2+1.21.11.jar into mods (client and server). Optional: Curios 14 (quiver on the back), JEI, Shoulder Surfing 5.x.
• Fabric Loader 0.19.5+: put spartanweaponry-fabric-3.2.1.2+1.21.11.jar, Fabric API and Forge Config API Port 21.11.1+ into mods (client and server).

Changes for 1.21.11

• Item looks come from Minecraft's new item definitions. Oiled weapons, vanilla swords included, get their coating layer from there instead of a custom model loader. Unoiled weapons draw nothing extra.
• Projectiles, quivers, mob heads, the HUD and the crosshairs use the new rendering, and look as on 1.21.1.
• Quiver upgrades are vanilla smithing recipes. Recipes for other mods' metals appear only when some mod adds that metal.
• Enchanting follows the 1.21.11 tags (melee weapons, sweeping). Shield Breach still disables shields.

Known issues

• EMI, JEED, ModernFix and Shoulder Surfing 4.x have no 1.21.11 version, so those integrations are untested here.
• Iris 1.10.8 for NeoForge 1.21.11 crashes with shaders on as soon as an enchanted item is in hand. This happens with vanilla items too, so it is not caused by this mod.

Tested

• The client scene on both loaders (55 checks on NeoForge, 53 on Fabric).
• The release jar on a real NeoForge 21.11.48 server and a dedicated Fabric server.
• The scene and the stress scene on a Fabric production client.
• Compatibility: Sodium 0.8.14, Iris 1.10.8, Lithium 0.21.4, FerriteCore 8.2.0, Jade, Shoulder Surfing 5.2, JEI 27, Curios 14. With Complementary shaders on Fabric; without a shader pack on NeoForge, see the known issues.
