This patch release completes localization across the redesigned interface.

• Completed translations for the model browser, Resource Station, fake appearance manager, roulette screens, settings, and Cloud player status screens in all 15 supported languages.
• Localized remaining labels, filters, empty states, preview text, table columns, and Cloud identity and sync status messages.
• Fixed platform-specific localization helpers and screen wiring so the translated UI builds consistently across Fabric and NeoForge.
• Updated the mod version to 2.3.1.

Verified with clean native and CurseForge builds for all eight supported Minecraft/loader variants. Translation audit: 120 locale catalogs and 1,360 keys. Automated tests were skipped.

• 完成模型浏览器、资源站、假人外观管理、轮盘界面、设置界面和云端玩家状态界面的 15 种语言翻译。
• 补齐剩余标签、筛选项、空状态提示、预览文本、表格列名，以及云端身份和同步状态提示。
• 修复 Fabric 与 NeoForge 平台的本地化辅助代码和界面接线，确保各平台能够一致构建。
• 模组版本更新至 2.3.1。

已对全部八种 Minecraft/加载器组合完成原生版和 CurseForge 版干净构建。翻译审计覆盖 120 个语言文件和 1,360 个键。未运行自动化测试。
