FINALLY I GOT TO UPDATE THIS TO 1.19.2! MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!

THIS MOD IS STRICTLY FOR FORGE ONLY. IT IS NOT MEANT FOR FABRIC AND THERE IS NO PLAN TO RELEASE A FABRIC VERSION AT THIS TIME. THANK YOU.

NOW THAT WE ARE IN 1.19.2 I HAVE A FEW MODIFICATIONS TO THE DESCRIPTION THAT WILL BE WRITTEN IN BOLD. AGAIN, 1.19.2 CHANGES ARE IN BOLD.

This mod adds 4 kinds of gifts, a random spawning Christmas tree (Updated to be better in 1.19.2), and a new kind of snowman you can make! I whipped this up for people to just enjoy something small for the holidays.

Red Gift: Gives random farm animal eggs (Now Including Horses/Mules/Donkeys!) /villager eggs with a small chance for a sleigh bell (and Santa's toy bag). I will describe the 4 special items including the these at the bottom, just incase you don't want spoilers.

Green Gift: Gives you a random amount of minerals, any vanilla mineral could be in the gift box (now also including netherite ingots). It also has a small chance to give you the Bell Jingler, or the Candy Cane Sword.

Blue Gift: Gives you one random piece of diamond gear, or a small chance for a netherite ingot

Purple Gift: Gives you 3 random enchant books, AND (sometimes) a max level diamond gear, with the small chance of the gear being overridden by a block of netherite!

Lights for days (1.5.1 update)
Added fully craftable christmas lights, in both plain and color variants. Each strand of lights can be crafted into angled versions as well for more building use. A new craftable star for on top of the trees has been added, and had been implemented on top of the naturally spawning christmas trees which now are a bit smaller but spawn more frequently. Also, the elves and gingerbread men were getting a bit out of control so

their numbers have been reduced. Hallelujah. (Gingerbread no longer spawn naturally. You can create one by right clicking a gingerbread block with a gumdrop, and breed the adults with gumdrops to make baby gingerbread men. You can get gingerbread blocks and chunks by murdering elves)

-Corner Lights have also been added to fill in corner gaps

Gingerbread Additions (1.4 update)(1.5.3 patch)

Gingerbread men are manually spawned entities like the snow buddy, by right clicking a gingerbread block with a gumdrop (This is how it is again now, they no longer spawn naturally). They can also breed using gumdrops, crafted with 2 pieces of sugar and a red dye. You can also eat the gumdrops yourself for fast food restoration. When a Gingerbread Man is killed, it will either give you a few Gingerbread Chunks, a Gingerbread Block, or a couple Gumdrops. You can craft Gingerbread Blocks out of 4 Gingerbread Chunks. You can also craft a bucket of frosting with 4 pieces of sugar, and a bucket of milk. When you craft the bucket of frosting, you can put it back in the crafting table to turn it into a frosting block which will in turn give you back your bucket. Gingerbread blocks and Frosting Blocks both have slab and stair variants so you can build your very own gingerbread house!
(I am excited to announce that I added Gingerbread Bricks, Classic Gingerbread Bricks, Cobbled Gingerbread, Frosting Bricks, and Classic Frosting Bricks to advance your amazing gingerbread houses! All are craftable via the crafting table or stonecutter!)

Icicles (Added in 1.3 update)

Icicles do not naturally spawn yet, but they are fully craft-able for you to add to your winter creations! They are, like ice, only obtainable with silk touch when placed and can be crafted with normal ice. One ice makes a small icicle, two on top of each other makes a medium, and 3 stacked makes a large icicle. Hopefully these are useful in your Christmas/Winter decoration endeavors!

(The texture is now better than before and they look transparent, making them even more... icicle!)

The snowman
Infuse 2 blocks of snow with 4 pieces of coal, stack them on top of each other, and right click on the top block with a carrot to form your new snowbuddy companion!

(He's back again! Now he will seek you very very slowly if you hold a golden carrot and will look right at you, that way if you want him to face a certain direction just aim him and let go of the carrot)

The Elves (Added in 1.1 update)

The elves are naturally spawning mobs that will present themselves to you (haha get it, present, ha... ha...) when you are in ANY taiga biome. If you are so rude as to kill one, it will give you a gift with small chances of better gifts (they now can also drop gumdrops, gingerbread blocks and/or chunks). You can also feed it lots of sugar, in hopes that it will instead peacefully poop you out a present (this was too OP and was removed in the 1.19.2 update. They now instead poop candy canes)

The Christmas Tree:
Each Christmas tree spawns at random, in any biome across the surface world, all having 8 gifts beneath it (2 of each type above)

THE 4 SPECIAL ITEMS: (Added another special item in 1.2 update)

(NEW) Santa's Toy Bag: A storage bag that you can obtain from the blue gift at a small chance, to help house your gift goodies from all your gift opening. It holds anything, with 27 slots like a typical chest that you can take with you. (Can come from the red gift)
The sleigh bell: The sleigh bell is an item you can hold in your hand to be able to fly in survival mode! Just don't take it out of your hand while you're flying or you will fall, and probably die (Also Red Gift)

The Candy Cane Sword: A powerful sword, with an insane amount of durability. Basically being unbreakable, the candy cane sword packs a whopping 12 attack damage total for easily killing your foes. (Green Gift Possibility)

My favorite one, The Bell Jingler: A fully automatic Cross bow, that you hold shift with arrows in your inventory to load, and it will automatically load up to 8 arrows and you can rapid fire them at your enemies.

It may not pack a lot of power behind each arrow, but it shoots enough to make up for it and beyond! (Made even more awesome in 1.19.2, can come from the Green Gift)
