What's new
- EXPERIMENTAL: adds an option to enable an experimental rendering state manager, most likely incompatible with the new forge loading screen and some other mods.
- Adds a new, "cleaner" way of handling IIcons that aren't part of the item or block texture atlases. Requires a one time registration.
- Removes part of the mcmod.info file to make Forge use the @Mod annotation information instead.
