What's new
Major changes:
Added support for muting individual sound categories. This means that you are able to silence only the weather or all sounds mobs makes (hostile + neutral + players, for example)
Moved the button(s), which control this mod to a separate gui, accessible in the Music & Sound menu (where previously the button was located)
Minor changes:
Upped Forge version
Renamed/Moved some files/classes/methods
Made the configgui title translatable
