What's new
- Adds audit command, for checking region integrity
- Adds general now-playing command, aliases to existing sb now-playing command
- Allows non-opped players to run now-playing command
- Fixes region re-entry bug (playlists now start from scratch on re-entry)
- Fixes bug where fader gain resets before song stops
Note: v0.2.3 fixes several outstanding bugs from the version before it. I haven't uploaded v0.2.3 to Curseforge because I'm releasing it the same day as v0.3.0, but the changelog is up on GitHub
