Brings server side support in line with client side 1.0.3 update.
- Balances a lot of the damage and chance of breaking for each Shuriken making them less OP in survival#
- Decreases sphere size for all special Shurikens making them more world friendly.
- Changes animation behaviours for Shuriken when hitting blocks and entities making it look a lot smoother.
