A lightweight compatibility mod for Souls Combat HUD and Epic Fight: Resurrection on Minecraft 1.20.1 Forge.
When Epic Fight: Resurrection is enabled, Minecraft's vanilla hearts and armor icons can reappear alongside Souls Combat HUD's custom status gauges.
This mod fixes the duplicated HUD elements by suppressing the vanilla health and armor overlays.
Hides vanilla health hearts.
Hides vanilla armor icons.
Preserves Souls Combat HUD's custom health and armor displays.
Does not modify combat mechanics, weapons, or animations.
Client-side only.
Important: This fix always hides the vanilla hearts and armor icons, even if Souls Combat HUD is disabled. Use it with an enabled replacement HUD.
Tested in the with Minecraft 1.20.1 and Forge 47.4.28.
Other configurations may require additional testing.
