The LARGEST update in Soulbound History! Finally on the stable Release branch. Summary:

  • Completely overhauled mod visuals for battle and menu and more.

  • Completely overhauled character creation

  • Overhauled equipment, higher stat rolls, minimum and maximum stats for different ore tiers of equipment. Should support most modded weapons, if they are crafted with vanilla materials.

  • Added Monster Race (wip, unfinished)

  • Added removing your soul (Reveal Soul + Crouch) and inserting your own and others souls inside of you, establishing a connection to them and changing soul trait.

  • Added craftable soul vessel to roll soul trait

  • Added healing numbers, healing SFX in and out of battle for the party.

  • Added creating your own NPC recruits

  • Added armor equipment

  • Completely overhauled almost all bullet patterns

  • Added Direct Damage mode. No bullet hell, just pure turn-based RPG gameplay. You can choose to play it via character creation

  • Added player parties

  • Lots of bug fixes

  • Lots more I'm forgetting to mention

(the release was relatively rushed, so if there's anything wrong, it will be fixed shortly. this changelog covers some brand new stuff and what was shown in the public test versions.)
