Soulbound: Immortal Pets

Bug Fixes:

-Fixed an issue incorrectly allowing Stones of Holding to stack
-Fixed a server issue causing players to receive a death message upon login for tamed entities that received an update to their soullink data while their owner was offline, but were still alive

Improvements:

-Adjusted setting presets for the Exotic Birds mod to allow birds to be carried in the holding stone even with strict tame rules on, except for those birds which are actually tameable.  Tameable birds can now be soullinked.  To have these presets automatically apply, a new holding-stone-settings.json and soulbind-settings.json must be generated while Exotic Birds is installed.  Deleting the old versions of these files will apply this fix automatically.
