Sophisticated Storage

Added fill level bars to limited barrels gui

Also added toggleable in world render of fill level bars

- Always shows when player has storage tool or tier upgrade in either hand

- Storage tool has a new mode to toggle the display of fill bars even when player isn't holding these, can be used on controller to toggle for all connected limited barrels

Fixed item handler extract methods to extract maximum of max stack size of the given item that's being extracted. Fixes bug where thermal machines would be able to extract more than maxstacksize stacks from storages that had stack upgrades applied to them

Refactored storage block to not use storage full optimization if the item handler capability is being retrieved without side provided

- Makes wood tier barrels/chests to work with create contraptions again
