Changed upgrades to stack up to 64. Still stacking only up to 1 in upgrade slots
Added showing upgrades (both container upgrades as well as empty upgrade slots) on storages when player holds upgrade or storage tool in hand.
Also added showing existing upgrades on storages when these are toggled to show them using a new storage tool mode (Toggle Upgrade Display)
Added applying storage upgrades in world when storage blocks are right clicked with these (adds 1 upgrade to empty upgrade slot) or shift right clicked (fills as many as possible from stack in hand)
Added applying storage upgrades to all blocks connected to controller - single right click on controller applies just one to each, sneak right click applies as many as possible.
Changed tier upgrades to stack up to 64 as well.
Added tier upgrades that allow skipping tiers to prevent having to have multiple upgrades on hand if one wants to upgrade given block to more than just the next tier - basic > gold, basic > diamond, basic > netherite, iron > diamond, iron > netherite, gold > netherite

Fixed to allow hopper (or any other pipes that check for fullness before inserting) to push items into storage with void overflow even when all the storage slots are full and would be considered full inventory for hopper purposes otherwise
Fixed compression upgrade to properly update calculated counts on extraction when some of the slots are fully filled before extracting. Fixes an item loss bug that happened when the number was updated incorrectly and barrel allowed depositing and taking items from player's hand despite having nowhere to put this
