Added new Experience Pump Upgrade
- allows pumping experience betwen fluid storage in backpack and player
- has both automatic mode with direction and level setting for when the pump should stop
- will also interact with players in range (up to 3 blocks away) when in block form
- has buttons to manually store / take experience

 

Fixes dropping backpack with all the contents, correct colors, ... when broken by hand instead of picked up

 

Fixes displaying tag filter in tabs that use a different number of filter slots than 4x4 (auto smelting)
