Added Pump Upgrade
- has input / output setting
- basic level automatically works with attached pipes / fluid storage
- advanced level has two more features that allow it to work with fluid blocks in the world and fluid containers in player's hand

Added logic to magnet upgrade that will pickup experience and store it as fluid in tank upgrade. There are also two new buttons to switch on/off picking up items or experience

Readded crafting tweaks compatibility

Performance improvement for load of backpack models during the game load results in dev SP from 8-10 seconds reduced down to 200-300 ms (Thanks malte0811)
