Adds a new boss named the primal salmon, along with many new achivments, beating the new boss will give you 2 new items including "primal bones", and "primal scales" with the bone items you can craft the "primal club", which acts almost like a mace hitting the target into the air. And with the scales you can craft the "primal Momento", which grants increased speed, mining speed, and damage while underwater. And finally there is a rare drop that gives the player a new music disk. To summon the boss you much craft bait, that will summon an entity you must bring to water then wait for the boss to bite.
