ItemRarityMod v1.4.0

NeoForge 1.21.1 Update

Minecraft: 1.21.1
Loader: NeoForge 21.1.229+
Mod jar: sols_itemrarity-1.21.1-1.4.0.jar

This update brings full NeoForge 1.21.1 support to ItemRarityMod and expands the rarity system to cover newer Minecraft content introduced after the old 1.20.1 version.

Highlights

  • Ported the mod to NeoForge 1.21.1
  • Added rarity support for new 1.21/1.21.1 items and block-items
  • Added proper rarity handling for the Mace

New Minecraft 1.21 Content Now Has Rarities

The 1.20.1 version did not know about newer 1.21 content. This update adds proper rarity coverage for that content instead of letting it fall back to outdated handling.

  • bogged_spawn_egg

Epic

Used for important or special progression loot

  • trial_key
  • breeze_rod
  • wolf_armor
  • flow_banner_pattern
  • guster_banner_pattern
  • flow_armor_trim_smithing_template
  • bolt_armor_trim_smithing_template

Uncommon

Used for lighter utility / early-mid progression content

  • crafter
  • most of the new tuff/copper building families

Mace Support Added

The Mace now fully participates in the rarity system.

That means:

  • it is now recognized as a proper weapon
  • it can roll rarity like other weapons
  • it has its own dedicated rarity chance pool
  • it has dedicated rarity attribute support

Mace rarity balance

The Mace is a powerful weapon, so its high-rarity rolls were tuned more conservatively.

Default Mace rarity chances:

  • Uncommon: 30%
  • Rare: 28%
  • Epic: 22%
  • Legendary: 12%
  • Mythical: 6%
  • Supreme: 2%

What this means:

  • most Maces will land in the middle rarities
  • high-rarity Maces still exist
  • top-end Maces are intentionally much rarer
