Sol's Chroma Name Fix

• Compatible with Sol's Item Rarity 1.7.2 and later. Two things changed there: Forge orders "1.7.2" below "1.71", so the old minimum-version check (1.71) refused to load — the minimum is now 1.7.2 (1.71 still accepted). And Sol's Item Rarity 1.7.2 fixed the chroma-split bug itself and removed the method the on-screen item-name popup patch targeted, which crashed mod loading — both name patches are now optional and skip themselves when their target is gone. On 1.71 they apply exactly as before; the general tooltip safety net (skill titles etc.) is unchanged.
