Bugfixes & update to save a little memory:

• Fixed a possible interaction with C2ME
• Forced a cap of 128 light arrays per-thread pool. Previously this was uncapped, now queues will trim down rather than building continously.
• Updated on both server + client side as perviously lighting could be overriden by a server's decision even if the client's lighting was more "accurate".
