✅ Allowed Usage

You are permitted to:

Play the modpack on private or public servers

- Proper credit to Tjopix is given
- A link to the official CurseForge page is included

❌ Prohibited Usage

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

🔒 Redistribution

Reuploading this modpack to any platform (e.g., Planet Minecraft, Modrinth, websites, file hosts)
Sharing the modpack files directly in any form
Creating mirrors or alternative download sources

🔗 Unauthorized Distribution

Creating or sharing custom download links
Distributing modified or repackaged versions

🧩 Asset Usage

You may NOT use, copy, extract, or modify any assets from this project, including but not limited to:

Textures, models, sounds
Code or scripts
Maps, builds, or designs
Systems (including Redstone or command logic)

💰 Commercial Use

Monetization through YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, or other social media platforms is fully allowed, including ad revenue, sponsorships, and donations.
Monetization of Minecraft servers is allowed, as long as:
- The modpack itself is not sold, restricted, or monetized directly

However:

Any monetization that is directly tied to the modpack (including paid access, modpack-related perks, or exclusive features based on this modpack) requires prior written permission from Tjopix.
If such permission is granted, a revenue-sharing agreement must be established. A percentage of the generated revenue must be paid to Tjopix. The exact terms will be defined individually.
Without explicit permission, any monetization involving the modpack itself is strictly prohibited.
