Sneaky Grass

Sneaky Grass is a simple mod that allows you to become completely undetectible by sneaking in Tall Grass, Tall Flowers, Kelp, Tall Ferns and even Small Dripleaf Plants, perfect for Hide-and-Seek or breaking into your friend's base. However, there is an Armor Limitation, you cannot hide in any plant if you are wearing any armor, even if that plant is enabled in the gamerules. The mod is configurable through gamerules on what plants you can hide in, by default only Tall Grass and Ferns are enabled, but you can enable or disable whatever you want to via commands or the game rules tab of the world creation screen.
