SnAssets Asset Library - Particles

The SnAssets Particle Library is branch of the general library which adds JUST the particles I regularly use in my own projects.
With this library, these particles may be used by any other modder by making this project a dependency and referencing assets via JSON!

You can find particle textures for:
smoke, sparks, tracers, bullet casings, bullet holes, explosions, fire, flames, dirt and other debris, glass shards, bubbles, leaves, splinters and more!

Reader:

SnAssets Particles is a cross-loader Minecraft asset library for other mods to use. It contains particle sprites.

How to use:

Add SnAssets as a dependency for your mod.
Reference particle textures from your own particle JSON, for example: snassets_particles:bang0

If the texture is inside a subfolder, keep the subfolder path, for example:

snassets_particles:bulletholes/bullethole_basic

This library only provides the texture files. Your own mod still needs to define/register the actual particle type where required.

Do not copy assets out of this library.

It is fine to make SnAssets Particles a dependency and reference assets via JSON or code.
It is prohibited to take the actual PNG asset files from this library and paste, bundle, or redistribute them inside your own mod.

Mod id / namespace:

snassets_particles

SnAssets Particles is an asset library. Your mod should depend on it, then reference its assets by namespace.
Do not copy the actual PNG files into your own mod.

Referencing particle textures
--------------------------------

Particle textures are located within:

assets/snassets_particles/textures/particle/

When referencing a particle texture from your own particle JSON, use:

snassets_particles:

Example SnAssets file:

assets/snassets_particles/textures/particle/bang0.png

Reference it from your mod's particle JSON like this:

assets/examplemod/particles/example_bang.json

Important:

SnAssets Particles only provides the texture files.
Your own mod still needs to register or define the particle type if your loader/version requires that.

3. Usage rule
