SnapSwap is a lightweight client-side Fabric mod for Minecraft 26.1+ that automatically refills your main hand or offhand with matching items from your inventory.

It helps when:

• your building blocks run out
• your food stack is consumed
• a breakable item reaches the end of its durability

Food Refill Behavior

SnapSwap prefers the food with the highest saturation value available in your inventory.

The following foods are ignored by default:

• Rotten Flesh
• Spider Eye
• Poisonous Potato
• Pufferfish
• Raw Chicken

Configuration

You can enable or disable each feature individually:

• Block Swap
• Damageable Swap
• Food Swap
• Offhand Swap

Requirements

• Minecraft 26.1+
• Fabric Loader 0.18.6+
• Mod Menu is optional, but recommended for in-game settings

Client-Side

SnapSwap is a client-only mod.
The server does not need to install it.

It is designed to work on many servers, but behavior may vary depending on server plugins, inventory handling, or anti-cheat systems.
