Stop the game using all the cores on startup

This mod disables Minecraft's "optimized" DFU system resulting in Minecraft not maxing out every CPU thread while loading the game.

This mod is client-side only and should make no effect on gameplay.

This mod was inspired by a recent Forge change resulting in the same change.
