Smooth sound

Initial release

This mod use ALC_SOFT_reopen_device (OpenAL extension) to make sound device switching seamless. I.E. no music playback cutoff when unpluging headphone. It also have some sound system optimisation to reduce memory presure by using AL_EXT_STATIC_BUFFER (OpenAL extension).
